These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website http://discreet-therapy.com (“Website”), operated by Dawn Feldpausch, LCSW, doing business as (dba) Discreet Therapy (“Discreet Therapy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this Website.

  • Content on this Website, including blog posts or resources, does not constitute professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Visiting or using this Website does not create a therapist-client relationship.


2. Appointment Requests and SimplePractice

  • Clicking the “Request Appointment” button redirects you to SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant platform used for scheduling, secure messaging, telehealth sessions, and billing.

  • Any information you submit in SimplePractice is governed by HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP), provided at the start of services.

  • Requesting an appointment through SimplePractice does not by itself establish a therapist-client relationship. A professional relationship begins only after intake paperwork is completed and services are formally initiated.


3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of Discreet Therapy and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.


4. Third-Party Services

This Website uses third-party platforms and services to operate, and by using this Website you acknowledge that these providers may collect or process certain information under their own privacy policies:

6. No Emergency Services
